PowerSchool

PowerSchool registration forms are an annual requirement for all K-12 students and provide important information regarding your student(s) including health information, emergency contact information, annual permissions and more.

K-12 PowerSchool registration is completed within your parent PowerSchool account in one of the two following ways.

Option 1: PowerSchool Public Portal

1. Log in to your parent PowerSchool account with your username and password.
2. Select Forms in the left navigation column to complete registration forms for the coming school year.

Option 2: PowerSchool App

1. Download the PowerSchool App on a mobile device and enter this code TQSP to connect to our school.
2. Touch More in the lower-right corner.
3. Touch Forms to complete the registration forms for the coming school year.

Registration Forms

Registration must be completed for all K-12 students separately, though some forms can be submitted for all children at once. There will be up to three sections of forms for review, and all forms must be completed in each section.

• New Students Only – This form provides instructions for completing the Home Language Survey (HLS), which need only be completed once for new students.
• Review & Update – These forms may have been completed in past years but should be reviewed to ensure accurate information is on file with the school.

Please note: these forms will show up as "Approved" for existing students and will update to "Pending Review" if changes are made. Please be sure to submit any changes to your address or contact information.

• Required - These forms must be completed each school year.

• It is critical to ensure contact information for parental and emergency contacts is accurate. Mailing lists and notifications are pulled from the information in the Student Contacts portion of this form.
