PowerSchool registration forms are an annual requirement for all K-12 students and provide important information regarding your student(s) including health information, emergency contact information, annual permissions and more.
K-12 PowerSchool registration is completed within your parent PowerSchool account in one of the two following ways.
Registration must be completed for all K-12 students separately, though some forms can be submitted for all children at once. There will be up to three sections of forms for review, and all forms must be completed in each section.
Please note: these forms will show up as "Approved" for existing students and will update to "Pending Review" if changes are made. Please be sure to submit any changes to your address or contact information.
